| Yesterday was another hectic day at the Ticket Office with long queues from first thing and very busy 'phone lines. We would like to thank Supporters for their patience in the queues - most were very good natured and understood we were doing all we could.
We would like to apologise for the delays in getting through - both in person and via our 'phone lines. We had all possible staff working at the Ticket Office - with extra help drafted in from around the Club. Due to the volume of calls though delays were inevitable. Furthermore - we are aware of an issue with our telephone line whereby some callers seemed to "jump the queue" leaving others holding on ad-infinitum. Fortunately most of those effected realised they were "stuck" and hung up and rang back - but not all - and we do apologise for this. We will be reviewing our 'phone system this summer - although it works fine during the season it just isn't appropriate for major events like a final.
We now have less than 400 tickets available - mainly in the West Terrace (behind the goal). Adult tickets here are £15 and we have a limited number of concessions at £8. We also have a handful of places left on our supporters coaches.
To book for tickets or coaches please call the Ticket Office. As we have so few tickets left we have taken the game off sale on the internet.
We believe we have responded to emails from supporters who had been unable to get through yesterday or previously but still want tickets. If there are any outstanding issues please email the Ticket Office on tickets@bathrugby.com. We will do what we can to help - but unfortunately our ticket allocation was limited!
