The all new Recreation Ground Tour

Predominantly a birthday present for a child and his/her friends. The “Rec Tour” consists of a guided tour around the ground including a look in the famous Bath Rugby changing rooms, squad social areas and all other points of interest around the club. The two hour package will also include an hour long coaching session with Bath Rugby’s 1st team players.  Maximum amount of children 15.

Not just a bland guided tour, the “Rec tour” has always encouraged interaction between the children and Bath Rugby 1st team players which can come in the form of a game of touch rugby with the stars, a Q and A session with the players or simply having the boys join you with the tour.

The tour always culminates with a coaching session by Bath Rugby Community Development team members and maximum involvement from Bath Rugby first team members. This gives onlookers a brilliant chance to take photos and for  the children and adults there is an excellent autograph opportunity.

The new look Rec tour has culminated all that was good from the previous year’s tours and added an extra dimension to an already successful birthday present.

The Foundation requests a donation of £100 for either a morning or afternoon birthday present or special occasion gift for young and old alike.  The money which goes into the charity, not the plc, helps generate further community projects.

The Team Building Day is a new and exciting initiative to stretch a person to the limit both mentally and physically whilst at the same time looking at working with each other in both large and small group settings.

The Recreation Ground is situated in the centre of the historical city of Bath next to Pulteney Weir and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

CHILDRENS CHRISTMAS PARTY

 A big hit with the kids....and the players !

Every year Bath Rugby hold a Christmas party for young people up to the age of 14 years of age. In previous years this has been very successful by taking the children across to the Sports Centre for an hour of festive games with the first team players.  Then it has been back to the Clubhouse for food, Father Christmas and a disco/show.
