Today we are working on renewals who selected the “Easy Payment” option and then later this week will return to the remaining other straight renewals. Once these are completed we will move on to Season Ticket Holders who are seeking a change in position and then finally to new applications.
The key point is that the Ticket Office is getting through the process as quickly as they can but it will take another 2 weeks at least to complete. Therefore although some of you will by now have received your new season ticket there is no need to panic if you haven’t!
Above all please try not to phone* or email the Ticket Office just to check on progress of your season ticket – this just diverts resource away from the vital processing of season tickets. The first home game isn’t until 13th September so we still have plenty of time.
